Our Dopo-trained abortion companions provide a range of practical, emotional, somatic and spiritual abortion support. Each of us provides care in our own unique way, but always through a Reproductive Justice lens, centring the individual needs ofthe people we support. Based around the world, we’ll meet you wherever you’re at in your journey and can help you plan your care, explore your emotions or just be less alone through your experience.
Join a community group
Monthly abortion support spaces to share your story and fill your cup
Join us as we muse, ramble about and explore our abortions in community. These shared online spaces are as much about giving as receiving, holding and being held and seeing and feeling seen. We only ask that you read our safety statement before joining our groups.
Trace community group
Next session: Monday 6th January, 8-9:30pm (CET)
For all people who have had abortions or are currently planning their care, trace your thoughts, emotions and experiences in this monthly online space. The space is co-guided by Zachi and Mathapelo, and runs on the first Monday of every month.
Moon community group
Next session: TUesday 28th January, 8-9:30pm (CET)
A space created for and by Black women, trans-men and non-binary people seeking to explore their abortion(s) experience(s) unfiltered, unapologetically and in community with kin. The space is held by Mathapelo and runs on the last Tuesday of the month.

💊 Accessing abortion care, pills + funds
ASN provide information and funding to folks living in countries around Europe (including but not limited to N. Ireland, Malta, Gibraltar, Poland and Romania) where abortion access and care is restricted who need to access care.
Information and instructions to help you navigate your abortion with pills in 27 different languages.
Mobilizing Activists around Medical Abortion (MAMA) Network provides multi-lingual resources for people seeking medical abortions in Sub-Saharan Africa. They also have a list of local helplines.
National Network of Abortion Funds
National Network of Abortion Funds (NAFF) is a US-based organisation that connects individuals seeking an abortion with the financial and logistical planning of their care.
An international organisation providing abortion care, information and counselling in English, Spanish, French, Hindi, Pidgin, Portugues, Kiswahili, Tagalog and Yoruba.
An international collective of experts providing abortion pills, contraception and information by post for those who need it. Available in 11 languages.
Women on Web provide safe, discreet abortion support and information. They provide abortion pills and contraception via mail internationally.

A growing library of over 600 stories from people who have had more than one abortion. Their motto is ‘ Sharing truth. Spreadign love. Stopping stigma.’

A UK-based talkline for folks to discuss their abortions confidentially. The talkline is open every Monday and Wednesday from 7pm - 10pm (UK-time).
ARC provides information, support and counselling for individuals and couples in the UK who are navigating their antenatal results and the decisions around them.
A confidential US-based talkline for folks who want a confidential space to explore their pregnancy options (past and present) or their experiences of abortion, adoption, parenting, infertility or pregnancy loss.
A US-based textline helping folks explore and navigate their personal abortion experiences. The textline is also open for partners, friends, allies, and family members.
